In the "normal" office, transferring something physically to a co-worker is as easy as walking to the mail room and placing it in their in-box. With the virtual office, it's not as easy but it is also not that hard if the in-box is replace with a mailbox. The US Mail really does a pretty good job especially when there is not specific time limit involved.
