Control.. Sometimes a business wants complete creative control over all aspects of their site but need experienced designers to do the work.  SST is happy to accommodate this approach, as can be seen by the three FHS International sites: FHS, FHSHC, and MBLink. 

Maintenance.. The ability to keep a site current is very important. To get return visits, a site has to stay current. We designed the Lake Norman Realty site to stay current by creating CGI programs that build the web pages dynamically from information in a database. The database is maintained by LNR staff on their local computers and uploaded to our server on a regular basis. For many companies who don't want to do any of their own maintenance, SST performs site maintenance on regular or as-needed basis at very reasonable rates. 

Results.. The Southern Hospitality site had been designed by a friend of the owner.  Although the site had been in existence for more than a year it had received very poor response.  SST redesigned the site, giving it a flavor of its southern roots, and was successful in getting it to the top of its category on the search engines. Subsequently hits and referrals increased dramatically, and quite a few sales were the result. Many of our realtor sites have resulted in multi-million dollar sales for their owners.

As a direct result of the web site SST designed for them, Euroweld, a local company, obtained considerable Asian business.  The penetration into this heretofore untapped market paid for their web site development many times over.  As a matter of fact, that is the case with all the sites mentioned here.
