"Short Form" Contract Agreement
By applying for this account, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in our Service Contract. Major points include:

1.) BizPlus is dedicated to serving small business. In this interest, sites containing offensive material such as (but not limited to) pornography, "hate group" propaganda, satanic content, terrorist-based information, etc. will be summarily removed and accounts deleted. Period.

2.) Payment for service is required in advance. If paying by credit card, charges will be applied at the beginning of each month. If paying by company check, non-refundable payments in six (6) month increments must be received and successfully deposited prior to account activation.

3.) BizPlus performs regular back-ups in an attempt to help protect your data, but ultimate responsibility for insuring complete protection of your website rests with you. We make no guarantees -- express nor implied -- regarding the restoration of any data whatsoever in the event of catastrophic failure or any other loss.

Checks are accepted in six (6) month, non-refundable payments only. Initial check must include any applicable start-up and/or InterNIC fees in addition to first six months' BizPlus charges as identified in our price list. Accounts will be activated upon receipt and successful deposit of check. Client will then be notified through electronic mail at the supplied address.
