In the "normal" office, transferring something physically to a co-worker is as easy as walking to the mail room and placing it in their in-box. The US Mail really does a pretty good job especially when there is not specific time limit involved. Using any of these services is easier if you make prior arrangements such as establishing an account or scheduling pickups. Fortunately those things can be taken care of on the Web.
